NoteI have three Marginata on this auction , this one is one of the more difficult to obtain forms, these are quite rare and seldom found by divers . This one was from a craypot out of about 50 m of water of Jurien Bay back many years ago and was in an old collection . These are rare and rarely offered. It’s a form that not many people are aware of, just known as intermediates they occur south of Dongara along the Midwest coast Bro about Yanchep . Heading south they morph into consueta and north they merge into bataviaensis. So they fill a gap in our coastline of about 200 nautical miles. Good condition near gem , there’s a tiny bit of micro roughage on one anterior canal ,pretty pale cream dorsum with micro goldy specs on the dorsum. One to fill in the gaps for the Marginata connoisseurs.
