NoteAn exceptional specimen, deltoid in shape, with a very wide shell: 14 mm wide, with ridged margins and a very thick base, ultra-mature. This form, native to the Great Barrier Reef, prefers channels as its habitat. To adapt to the currents, the animal develops a wider base. Collected at a depth of 23 meters at the Boulari Passage, south of New Caledonia. Unique! Not to be missed.
