Prionocidaris bispinosa - Mega Giant - Top Best , (Lamarck, 1816)
Size
77.4 mm
Locality
Singapore, Changi Coast
Note
F+++/GEM. Rare and the biggest specimen ever found. Mega giant size reaching to the maximum known size. This species is rarely available and found in the deeper water of Singapore. Beautiful green colour test with reddish pink tubercles. Apical disc fully intact and all 5 auricles are fully intact and in perfect condition. Taken by fishing net set in 15-20m deep on muddy sand bottom, 6th Sep 1999. Rarely seen, this mega giant specimen is my very last specimen which I kept for decades.
