| Note | GEM, W/O, W/P. Large size and top quality with absolutely perfect mature thick lip and most importantly, it includes the very rare real operculum of this exact specimen. Specimen with operculum almost never offered as the small and fragile operculum is hidden among the live animal meat and easily break when removing it from the meat. The listing of this species with real operculum will change the misconception that Sinum has no operculum! Fully preserved yellowish periostracum. Found buried in muddy sand among sandflat during low tide, 4th Jan 2026. Only one specimen found. Getting harder to find. |
