| Note | SELDOM SEEN SO ELEGANT SPECIES WOOOOW!! ARCIDAE - Barbatia illota (Sowerby, 1833). Spectacular White unique color form with spectacular exquisite radial ribs all around combined with commarginal sculpture , the best of the best for the species. Ultra white seldopm seen color after removing the periostracum. F+++. Some usual pin hole near one for the lip side , really usual for the species, I have found live, and curved lip side as usual using this for eating. Found buried between stones in mud about 6m deep. Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, Mexico. December 2025. Value for this seldom seen species with great conditions, top sculpture and axial multiple ribs: 15-18 euro or more. Good luck and Happy shelling!!!
