| Note | THE BIGGEST I HAVE FOUND IN ALL THE YEAR 2025!! With 272mm approx. this huge exemplar is very rare nowadays. Extremely hard to get big specimens of this species. I was stunned and shocked when I found it inside a cave, so huge and imposing. The animal is as red as a strawberry with tiny bright blue spots all over it. The combination of colors on the animal is simply incredible, like something from another world. Very heavy shell with animal, and this is the largest predator of big Murex, Cassis, and even dead fishes.
Impeccable long body form with really fresh dark periostracum conditions, brown orange caramel ventral colors and very rare Giant size, original and exceptional unique huge operculum. Seldom seen great spire, the apex absent as usual for this giant sizes and several drill holes near apex-spire zone. Thin lip with natural periostracum conditions as found and the aperture is just amazing and huge with orange aperture color. Beautiful exemplar with natural and usual blemishes for this giant rare sizes not really detracting the beauty of this giant. Scars of life always. For advancer collectors and lovers of Fasciolariidae beauty's. F++- F+++. Found light buried inside a huge stone cave about 8m-9m deep. Cuastecomates, Jalisco, Mexico. December 2025.
