| Note | VERMETIDAE - Petaloconchus complicatus (Dall, 1908). RARE SPECIES WITH GREAT LARGE SIZE!! The 88.7mm is the size with the chama together, just the shell is about 70.4mm . Growing between very old-large Chama echinata, this elegant pronounced specimen it was extended to the top between small rocks looking for the sun light and food. White brownish color. Attached with a kind of effect like a giant extended worm. Exceptional conditions for this rough species. F+++-F++. Found attached in big buried stones about 1m to 2m deep.
