| Note | Vivid, mature, dark patterned and richly nacred deep water, hard to find jeaniana classic. Superior dark dorsal blotch/spotting, superior dorsal line, apricot/peach/brown highlighted extremities and moderate lateral wall spotting on apricot lateral walls hallmark this elegant, moderately rostrated specimen with an impressive look and beautiful fresh colors. An outstanding specimen with deep gloss and shades of russet/chocolate brown caressing the base. Scuba diver taken in deeper water off Bernier Island, Carnarvon, Western Australia at 48 meters while dining on a Geodia sponge in 2020. There's present a complete chip of the columellar anterior tip, a smaller mini chip of the labral tip and two mini nicks of the columellar posterior extremity tip. GRADE: F+/F++. |
