| Note | WE ARE BACK FOR 2026!! After a busy few months at the end of 2025 we took a short break from the auction; but now we have returned and are ready for a HUGE year offering many exceptional shells! This auction we have a pair of P.acanthopterus both of which are of the HIGHEST QUALITY. Many specimens offered are faded, broken shells from old collections but these are FRESH, VIBRANT specimens which are recently collected and in SUPERB CONDITION. This specimen is of the more uncommon WHITE FORM which has just a few small patches of darker pattern spread across the shell. Superb Gem/Gem- condition with just some very minor damage to the bottom wing which this species always has but hardly noticeable.
