Intact thick lip, columellar lip in excellent conditions, siphon superb and the most rare complete apex. This special shell shows an special Globose- wide form with elevated dorsum. A thick - wide unique parietal wall combined with an extended thick columellar lip, deeper inside the aperture the elevated columella folds. The fold in the top is so thick, large, elevated and white like a huge pearl formation. The shell present an Exquisite and Elegant glossy aperture with a porcelain cream colors. The ventral side is just a dream for display. The dorsal shows a multiple elegant spiral thick banding ribs with white-brown spotted spiral pattern all around and in the spire too. Superb sculpture and fresh fantastic light cream colors with shiny conditions. Really Ultra rare intact protoconch and formidable spire. Super lip with superb denticles form, amazing teeth in all lip. Gem-F+++. Minor natural blemishes not really important for this beauty. For advancer collectors and lovers of this fantastic Family. One of my Favorite big shells in the pacific with so unique form and sculpture compare with all Tonas species and the biggest of the Maleas species. They are most night active , They are rarely hunting during the day. Hart to find in the day because they are most complete buried. Superb fresh piece!!! Found buried in sand under huge platforms stones about 10m deep. La Calechosa Bahia de Cuastecomates, Jalisco, Mexico. November 2025.
