| Note | Beautiful shell exhibiting a striking and highly attractive banding pattern. The specimen features an unusually large aperture with an intense violet coloration, while both the outer lip and the apex are perfectly preserved, indicating exceptional integrity. Specimens of this quality and state of conservation are extremely difficult to encounter. Collected fresh among leaf litter in a humid forest at an elevation of 1,650 meters above sea level, southern Santander Department, Colombia, in August 2025. A remarkably fresh specimen and an outstanding opportunity to acquire a truly magnificent collector’s piece.
