NoteAurata collected from the northern portion of their geographic range off Coral Bay are generally large bulbous shells. This stunning shell was live collected from a white funnel sponge in 162 metres of water west of Coral Bay during April 2024. Classic Coral Bay shell with fine tan spots on a white dorsum, a cream base, high cream sides and gold siphon trim. Graded Fine++ as it has a growth fold on its columnar dorsum. Heavy mature shell with perfect siphons.
