| Size | 32.6 mm |

| Note | An absolutely MAGNIFICENT ultra-large specimen – the LARGEST and FINEST specimen of the JES Collection. Exceptional pattern: exceedingly well-formed, ultra-large, virtually circular lacunae. Beautiful subtle colour: pale orange-ochre ground with pure white lacunae. Hypermature, with pronounced marginal callosity and periphery. Extremely difficult to obtain like this now, with almost no deep-diving for fresh specimens any longer. An extremely RARE shell at this level of size, quality, and beauty, and definitely for the most advanced Cypraeidae connoisseur, or Cribrarula specialist. Data: Off Cape Leuwin, South-West Region, Western Australia, Australia; upon reef substrate; 15 m; dived; 2016. Size: 32.6 mm. Grading: Gem. Provenance: JES Collection; London / Melbourne. |
