| Note | Collected by ROV in 135 metres of water off the coast of Augusta, Western Australia. This solid little shell has retained a larger amount of nacre, and is much shinier for it. Rather wide base and tall dorsum, giving an appealing chunky look to the shell. Beautiful deep chocolate brown makes up the bulk of its coloration, with some creamy whites peaking through the toffee brown at the peak of the dorsum. The shell has nacre loss and a hole in its anterior dorsum. Dead collected shell. |
