| Note | POSSIBLY A ONE TIME AFFAIR, THE SPLENDID AND EXCLUSIVE EVELYNAE. Named not so long ago, and absolutely valid. Impressive, from an unexplored area and named after the wife of the late "Manou". This is a topotype, only about a dozen have been collected, all on the same spot as the type material. The nets set at Digos were a "try", but few nice shells came up and today this area is deserted. We noticed a couple of shells around in the hands of two Philippine dealers shortly after the description and we were never offered fresh material since. Less than two dozen in collections worldwide. On the internet offered at the princely sums between 1000 and 1500 euro.
