NoteTHE "COLLECTOR COLLECTED". One of the finest Xenophora when in beautiful condition, which is not an every day view. The present piece is just stunning and big. Apart from the good size two more qualities put the piece on a superior level: the row of black stones, contrasting with the pale shell is great: they are attached all on their smallest side, the length of the stones pointing to the bottom. This animal was intelligent: it augmented the "windows" to lurk outside from below the shell. Award winning piece. An excellent piece for competitions on shell shows. Museum level. Philippines.
