| Note | Wow! A beautiful specimen lacking a periostracum, beige in color with coppery-brown mottling, and a spectacular beige lip, Plekocheilus episcopalis auriformis differs from P. episcopalis corticosus by having a finer needle, a less rounded last whorl, and a more pronounced columellar fold. It was found among the leaf litter of the humid forest at an altitude of 1450 meters above sea level by local people in January 2025.
