| Note | Over the past 10-15 years the number of divers that access the Southern West-Australian coastline has steadily declined to the point where only a handful of dives are carried out each year. This is due to increased shark encounters and newly implemented Marine Parks which have drastically cut into the areas where Commercial Specimen Shell divers can access. Each year we bravely embark upon a campaign to explore the deeper waters off Esperance which are well known for large, bulbous shaped venusta and this is one of the wonderful DIVER HAND COLLECTED specimens we were fortunate enough to harvest. Here is a VIBRANT PINK GOLIATH of a Z.venusta. A GIANT shell at over 77mm is not only large in length but also the height and width of this shell is something to behold which makes for a SUPER BULBOUS appearance. The FRESH PINK colour covers the entire shell with a couple of soft bands running across the dorsum and DELICATE GOLD SPOTTING along the margins being the only markings on this immaculate shell. F+++/Gem- with a couple of soft lines on the dorsum but nothing that takes away from this magnificent shell! Live collected from a large grey host sponge on the side a giant, monolithic rock at 38m.
