GEM. In extremely rare cases, C. marmoreus has parts of the shell with an orange pattern. There even exists one piece half orange, half black which went to a private collection years ago for several thousand dollars. Less spectacular, but as rare is this C. marmoreus with an orange band at one third of the height of the shell. A beautiful award winning piece.
