| Note | This species is from Pingxiang City, Guangxi, on the border between China and Vietnam. It belongs to the large and thick kind of Clausiliidae. The natural shedding of the fetal shell and early spiral layer is an essential feature of the genus. However, despite this, the specimen is still more than 31 mm long. The shell morphology is similar to that of Liparophaedusa ruminiformis from Vietnam, but the details are different, and it may be a new species of the genus Liparophaedusa. The shell is very thick to the touch, and the lip is thickened to the second layer. Very cool large domestic kind of Clausiliidae. |
