Note | Good-sized and heavy marginata with moderate rostration and excellent spotting of the lower margins and base. The specimen shows an excellent nacre shine, flawless extremities with notable flaring with modest tuberculation of the sharp margins. The body is slightly inflated, shows a wide aperture and rare marginata variation that is china-white. The shell was taken by Scuba diver while nested on a sponge at 52 meters on Broke Reef off Albany, Western Australia circa 2020. The dorsum is beautiful but presents with a light depression, glazed over fish bite an the anterior ramp, columellar side. Grade:
