| Note | This is a wonderful example of the sorrentensis form of venusta. Its dark chestnut coloured dorsum is split by a very striking MANTLE LINE which runs the entire length of the shell. It's dark grey margin is split from the dorsal pattern by a light fawn colour with very sparse and small spotting which enhances its beauty! GEM/Gem- condition with a very minor inclusion on the dorsum but mainly precautionary . Taken by diver from an unidentified yellow sponge from the roof of a medium limestone cavern in high profile reef at 10m. Off Carnac Island, W.A. march 2024 *White marks are from camera reflection.
