| Note | A beautiful specimen with a lovely pyriform shape. A very mature and attractive specimen for the species with LARGE WHITE lacunae OVER A RICH CHOCOLATE BROWN DORSUM. Some of the lacunae have unique fine brown marking within. Graded GEM CAN NOT FAULT. The dorsum has much more lustre, much sharper and more uniform colour in hand. some amount of animal tissue still in aperture which I will remove before posting. Diver collected in 8M, on flat mat sponge, in reef ledge, Rottnest Island, Fremantle, W. Australia. ALL THE WHITE REFLECTIONS AND DULL AREAS ARE FROM THE CAMERA LIGHTING. |
