| Note | Unique opportunity to get the only Orange banded ever found!!!! The single most striking feature is a brilliant spot of reddish-orange at the base of the umbilical pit which is bordered by a dark brown to black outer edge. And this case is so deep red and orange WOOOW!!!. I was looking this species for years!! I know there are some population in north of Mexico and south in Oaxaca but between, it could be the only existing population. In fact the population is only living between 50 square meters in a rocky beach, very small place, between 1 and 1.5m deep. I was so lucky to find them only because I found one fresh dead 10 year ago. So I was sure they are somewhere there. Seldom seen in collections and for sure in the market with so fresh colours, awesome sculpture, giant size and the most impressive is the ORANGE band all around. I have found a few only and this is the only one with this unique orange band. Normally they are greenish and brown. For serious collector and lovers of especial and unique colors. F+++ - F++.
