| Note | SZ 092 - Dolomena abbottii Dekkers, A.M. & V. Liverani, 2011 One of the rarest and much sought-after Strombus species of this world, only few in collections worldwide, this one in great condition, 40.50 mm, F+++, W/O (not sure if it's its operculum, but found it together in an old box at the museum collection!) a few chips here and there, see photos, the best one available now, trawled by Thai trawling boats at 80 – 120 meters deep, Racha Islands, Phuket, Thailand, circa 80's to 90's. (***There can be tiny imperfections, scars, damages or things we don't see easily with bare eyes, it is a nature of natural objects.
