Note | On offer is a specimen that is nearly 2mm smaller than the WORLD RECORD SIZE (smallest) friendii vercoi f. lentiginosa registered. Beside the petite size of this specimen is the beautiful dorsal markings conveyed in a linear pattern across the shell. A very attractive specimen with gold coloured saddles across the canals, lovely margins with black tiger spotting and the characteristic white base. There is also a suggestion of soft blue frosting above the low margins. A very mature specimen with good weight in relation to its size. Graded FINE++ with a glossed fish bite high on the labral dorsum, the only fault on a very SPECIAL ZOILA specimen. Diver collected in 48M. off Walepole, S.W. Australia.
One for the Zoila specialists. ALL WHITE REFECTIONS ARE FROM THE CAMERA LIGHTING. |
