| Note | ROV collected, crabbed specimen found in 128 mtrs off Margaret River, WA. A wonderful shell in display position with dark, reddish bands on a fine network of triangles rarely seen of that beauty and clarity on this extremely rare species. The lip of the dead taken shell suffered from a fishbite (s. photo), but all in all a unique and fantastic representative of the elusive N. baconi. |
