Locality | Spain |
Note | Although this is a reasonably common species in the Mediterranean Sea, it is very unusual to find a specimen that is this clean and this pretty. The operculum has cracked but it is complete. There is a chip along the outer edge of the lip that is now partially regrown and the color on the fluted, inner lip and on the parietal shield are exceptional. |
