| Note | GEM except: Photos show 2 micro-size irregularities on the lip - they are hardly visible without a magnifying glass. There is also a ~4mm diameter slightly depressed - but fully glossy area on ventral, might have been some kind of concrescence that the animal suceeded in removing and covering over, impossible to see except viewing the shell itself closeup. Both of these blemishes are barely visible without magnification - the shell was sold to me as GEM, but since it is expensive, the buyer should be aware of any imperfections. |
