THE REAL JEWEL WITH EXCEPTIONAL COLORFUL CONDITIONS!! Look at this exclusive and absolutely incomparable dark colorful masterpiece. The dream specimen for the species with fully dense and extreme banding with black and dominant dark brown stripes all around between the yellowish background color and white varices-siphons effect. Spectacular multiple radial ribs between the banding pattern with superb effect, inimitable sculpture with elevated dorsum , really unusual for the species. Thin lip with internal aperture striped pattern, making of this a more unusual. The real thing for aesthetics and advancer collectors. Intact delightful masterpiece Gem. This species is almost impossible to find active during the day. They seem to be nocturnal and are always attached to stones that are deeply buried, up to 40cm below the sand between buried platforms or stones. This makes them very difficult to find, hence their rarity. Sometimes strong, huge waves at the pacific removes some stones or sand from platforms and with a lot of luck you find one. One of most rare species of all tiny Tripterotyphis in my region. Hard to get nowadays in any conditions and rare live specimens with seldom seen original operculum. Found attached in deep buried stone platforms. Between 4-5m deep. Garza Blanca, Puerto Vallarta, Bahia de Banderas, Jalisco, Mexico. August 2026. Estimated value between: 50-60 euro.
