NoteSmall, heavy shell with strong nacre gloss, profound rotund posterior extremity, glossy base without visible teeth in the anterior labral aperture and strong spotting on the columellar lateral wall, diffuse on the labral wall. The shell shows a unique assemblage of spotting pattern mid-dorsal. Excellent nacre gloss, flawless dark nude extremities and pristine base. A unique specimen visually. Collected by free diver at 2-4 meters on muddy/sand between sponges and algae off Al Masirah Island, Oman in the 90s. The shell has mild growth fold on the columellar posterior ramp and a shallow glazed vertical concavity on the posteror labral lateral wall. Grade: F+++.
