Note

Hyper-Inflated, mature, richly nacred, beautifully patterned and pigmented deep water jeaniana classic. Superior dorsal blotch/spotting and features apricot/peach/brown highlighted margins and dark patterned extremities with outstanding/extra-ordinary lateral wall spotting on apricot highlighted lateral walls. The specimen is modestly rostrated with perfect extremities and aperture. A striking specimen with impressive gloss and shades of russet/chocolate brown accentuating the lovely base. The jeaniana shows a misty blue halo stronger on the labral side. The specimen was grabbed by Scuba diver at 48 meters while nestled and chewing on a geodia sponge west off Bernier Island, Canarvon, Western Australia in 2020. The specimen presents with a palpable wobble extending from the anterior ramp to posterior ramps with a notable chipped posterior labral extremity as seen directly on the right central image in the combined collage. Grade: Fine+.
