SPECIAL BROWN AND GIANT SELDOM SEEN SIZE WOOOOW!! This species is uncommon in my region. Apparently, populations are very small, with only a few individuals, and they are usually found in enclosed bays in calm, clear and muddy waters. They are rarely found directly in the open sea or on corals. The periostracum is very dense, like hair on the spire, and very thick and slippery around the body whorl. The animal is bright red-orange with striking colors and tiny black dots. Very hard to find with such incredible size-conditions and so dark brown colors as this one. The shell shows a dark brown elegant color with multiple tiny and dense micro bands all around, in the ventral side the white Magnificent band is just a amazing with dark brown and white several spots making a great effect between the thick band. Intact thick lip for the species with orange wonderful color in the siphon side. Do not miss this unique opportunity to get this uncommon species. Some natural imperfections: some light erosion near apex and some drill holes in apex not really detracting this beauty. F+++-F++. Found buried under big stone with brown algae, soft corals and mud about 5m deep. Cuastecomates, Jalisco, Mexico. June 2026.
