Approximately 600 m off La Mareta, Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. 12 m depth; collected by local diver, April 2025. d/c. - | - Small morphotype characterized by a slender obconical profile, straight-sided body whorl, elevated spire, and a darker, well-developed pattern approaching the appearance of small Conus canariensis specimens. - | - Exterior very glossy and lustrous, with a glassy body whorl and strong colour contrast. Spire attractively elevated and well preserved. Outer lip extremely thin and flawless. Aperture interior slightly dulled, otherwise clean and well preserved. Overall a very attractive specimen with unusually dark patterning for this small morphotype.
