El Médano Kite Surf Lagoon, Zone T7, Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. 28 m depth; collected by local diver, April 2025. d/c. - | - Small deep-water morphotype characterized by a slender obconical profile, straight-sided body whorl, moderately elevated spire, and fine brown spotting arranged in transverse rows over a creamy white background. - | - Exterior exceptionally clean, glossy, and well preserved. Fine spotting crisp and evenly distributed throughout. Protoconch apparently preserved?. A minute remnant of periostracum remains attached to the body whorl. Aperture lip flawless, with a clean white interior. Overall a particularly fresh and attractive specimen displaying excellent surface preservation and colour retention.
