NoteF++; Good natural texture with well-defined knobs and ridges. However, the coloration is slightly matte/chalky, and there is a noticeable small reddish-purple stain or mark on the lower-left area. The main spines are fully intact and curved nicely. The aperture displays good coloration, but the inner lip shows some minor roughness, encrustation remnants, and typical deep-water natural erosion near the canal edges.The main flaws are the slight chalkiness/dullness of the dorsal texture, the small artificial or natural colored stain on the back, and minor edge erosion on the aperture. Because spines on this species are extremely prone to snapping, having them all fully intact keeps this specimen at a solid F+ grade. collected in 1992. [MAU4557]
