A VERY NICE SET OF CANARIUM. This Strombus is not easy to find as most of them live in dirty water with almost no visibility. The species, when caught in quantity, is eaten, and occasionally one can buy them on markets, alive. But the fabulous set for offer here with a golden, a white and a patterned shell, chosen out of many, will be difficult to get on a market. The species is elegant in shape and great in the touch: silky and smooth. The white shell, if it is from Vanuatu is called "guidoi", but not so the white sample here for offer which is an extremely rare albino shell. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
