NoteOne very nice specimen of Nacella magellanica f. chiloensis, collected among rocks at Cucao, Chiloé Island, Southern Chile. This particular form, endemic to Chiloé Island, have more rounded shells than Nacella magellanica magellanica (which have ovate shells), in some cases wider than higher.
