GEM- W/O. One out of thousands! Look at the gorgeous and super extended huge lip and columella shield! This is not the usual quirihorai. This specimen is likely a female shell which developed ultra huge and extended "mouth" to protect its eggs during breeding. Absolutely stunning for quirihorai to achieve such an incredible level of this phenomenon. Beautiful pattern with outstanding intact lip and intact proto. Comes with original operculum. Collected by tangle net set in 200m deep, 18 Oct 2002. Unique, the only pc I seen with such crazy development of lip and columella shield in decades. A must for Bursidae specialist or collectors of world class special shell.
