NoteEXTRA THICK LIP AND MULTIPLE RIBS WOOOOW!! Really thick massive special lip. Magnificent pattern between the great ribs!! Elongated body form with elevated dorsum, globose shape and super thick body. This unique population maintains a broad shape with a clear elevation in the shoulder and spire. It has wide-thick, parallel axial ribs sloping toward the base, giving it a harp-like appearance, hence its common name. A unique opportunity to obtain these once-in-a-lifetime beauties. This species has never been found again in the same area, offshore from Barra de Navidad. Perhaps they are now living at greater depths or are extinct. Every year a few Shrimp boats are coming to this Region looking for shrimps but they have never found again this population of Harpa's. Glossy ventral side. Do not miss this unique opportunity to get this impossible to get population nowadays. F+++. Dredged by shrimp boats in mud at a depth of between 45m and 65m. A few Miles offshore from Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, Mexico. February 1995 and still superb coloration. Value for this special pattern, multiple ribs and globose form: 40-50 euros or more.
