NotePhenomenally patterned and colored specimen with nude/cream/ sienna brown/black/lateral walls with intense spotting. The shell exudes a wonderfully black/brown maculated dorsum with extended longitudinal windows of blue/grey primary hues in the middle in a wide dorsal line. The shell is wide laterally, has a russet brown and hyper-glazed base. The shell displays modest rostration, phenomenal dark and wondrous lateral wall spotting. Taken by Scuba diver at 20 meters off Cervantes, north of Perth, Western Australia in 4/2019 while grazing on a reef sponge. The shell displays three beautifully glazed gastropod self-repaired interior channel chips; two on the posterior extremity and one on the anterior extremity. Hard to see in images. Grade: F++/F+++.
