NoteLarger size, Super dark dorsal pigmentation with thick calloused margins with thick extremities make this shell a collectable specimen. Hyper glossy, heavy weight/size ratio, amazing glazed superbly spotted lateral walls, margins and base (101.4 grams). This Atlantic Ocean beauty has a perfect base and aperture. Taken by free diver in shallow water (1-2 meters) off Pointe des Almadies, Dakar, Senegal, West Africa in 2018. The Trona displays a subnacre thickly reglazed nacre window on the labral posterior dorsum and reglazed nacre break on the posterior labral channel tip. Grade: F+++.
