NoteLOTTIIDAE - Notoacmea fascicularis (Menke, 1851). ULTRA RARE GIANT SIZE WOOOOOW!! This sizes are very rare in any conditions and almost impossible to get virtually. This giant is coming with intact ventral side conditions, a very clear dark brown ringed lip and the most white glossy bright color combined with the large middle brown-bluish perfect and elegant spot. The dorsal side is with natural conditions as found with brown-reddish coloration between the white erosion, usual for this rough specimens and giant sizes, some scars of life around too. F++-F+++. Apparently feeding on the marine soup that comes and goes with the currents, waves and seaweeds attached to the smooth stones, this species lives where the waves break and in the intertidal zone. Really hard to remove from stones without braking them. Found attached to the rocks with brown algae at extremely low tide. Playa el Tecuan, Jalisco, Mexico. October 2025. Value for one of the biggest ever found with spectacular ventral conditions and spot: 35-40 euro. Good luck and Happy shelling!!! MEXICO PACIFIC
