NoteA lovely specimen distinguished by an elegant pattern of zigzag linear ornamentation that immediately captures the eye. The apex is perfectly preserved, sharp and intact—an essential quality indicator for collectors who appreciate structural completeness. There is only very minor lip wear, mentioned for accuracy, yet it does not detract from the shell’s overall aesthetic presence. The aperture is truly spectacular, displaying a rich violet coloration that provides striking contrast to the exterior patterning and gives the specimen exceptional display value in a curated collection. Collected in August 2025 among the leaf litter of humid Andean forest at 1,650 meters above sea level by local inhabitants.
