NoteVery rare specimen of high scientific interest, brown in coloration, retaining a substantial portion of its periostracum and showing sparse mottling. The outer lip exhibits minor damage, and the shell displays signs of erosion and several perforations; notably, all specimens encountered in recent years show this same condition, suggesting consistent environmental factors. Collected among leaf litter in humid forest at an elevation of 2,450 meters above sea level in January 2025. An excellent opportunity for advanced collectors, professional malacologists, and institutional reference collections.
