| Note | GEM. A Conus textile with a rather classic shape but a nice curve towards the siphonal canal. The pattern is unique, as it consists of two bands with the typical “scriptus” lines, as seen usually in shells from Madagascar only. The pale lower band is the more attractive, as between the two large tents, there is always a repeat of a small blotch of coloration. HYPOTYPE in the twin books: 1000 Shells, exceptionals from the Philippines.
