| Note | Small dwarf elongated example of the uncommon subspecies. Integrated fused dorsal pattern mirrored with high gloss and excellent spotting on the lateral walls while highlighted by a bright orange aperture. The specimen is extremely heavy for its size with perfect calloused extremities. A welcome addition for the mappa specialist. The specimen was collected by diver at 5-7 meters in 3/2020 off Sumba Island, Indonesia. The specimen reveals micro blemishes under the dorsal pattern under magnification, not visible in the images. Grade: F+++/GEM. |
