| Note | An exquisite specimen of this endemic south-eastern Australian species. Rich yellow-ochre with background hues of delicate pink, decorated with multitudinous tiny dashes of caramel. Pure white apertural interior. Satin-like external finish. Perfect, fully mature outer apertural lip and columellar shield. A beautiful little species when seen like this. Size: 26.7 mm (length). Grading: Gem. Data: Portland, Victoria, Australia; upon sand/rubble substrate amongst reef; 6 m; dived; 1980. |
