| Note | Conus guanche ( Some call it Conus saharicus, someone told me that is is C.saharicus , so I changed the name ) is not easy to find in this condition. It is nearly perfect, the lip is nearly perfect, hardly visible that there is a little roughness at the lip, only when you touch the shell, you can feel it ) The pattern is all over the body even at the spire, which is often not the case. It also has a beautiful pattern : light olive green with a brown pattern on it. Live taken. I don't think that Conidae lovers have this cone in this condition in their collection.So I think I can say that this shell is F +++. It can be yours ! |
